Do I need to be a member to visit The Massage Company?
No. You can book a single massage at our non-member rate. However, our memberships offer the best value if you plan to visit regularly.
How long is each massage?
A standard session is 50 minutes of hands-on massage. You can upgrade to an 80 minute session for a small additional cost.

How early should I arrive for my appointment?
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your session to complete or update your consultation form and settle in comfortably.
How do I book a massage?

Yes. You can change or cancel your appointment free of charge before the end of business on the day prior to your booking. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge.
Do you offer same-day appointments?
Yes, depending on availability. Booking ahead is recommended, especially during busy times.
Will I be covered during the massage?
Yes. You will always be draped with a sheet and blanket. Only the area being worked on will be uncovered.
What should I wear?
You can undress to your personal comfort level. Most customers remain in their underwear. To ensure customer comfort, therapist safety, and professional standards, underwear must be worn throughout your treatment.
Can I request a specific therapist?
Yes. If you have a preferred therapist, our front desk team will try to accommodate your request.
Can I ask for more or less pressure?
Absolutely. Your therapist will check in with you during the treatment. If anything is uncomfortable, just let them know.
How does the membership work?
Your monthly payments can be used towards any treatment, product or service available at TMC, giving you the flexibility to choose what suits you best.
Can I roll over unused massages?
Yes. Credits can be rolled over to the following month depending on your membership type.
Can I share my membership?
Our Flexi Membership is fully shareable. The Full Membership allows sharing twice per year.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Memberships are month to month after the minimum term. All memberships can be cancelled within the first month for any reason.
Which massage is best for me?
If you want relaxation, choose Classic or Swedish. For tension or pain, choose Deep Tissue. For active lifestyles, choose Sports. For expectant mothers, choose Maternity Massage. Your therapist can guide you if you are unsure.
Is massage safe during pregnancy?
Yes, as long as it is carried out by a trained pre-natal therapist. We offer safe and comfortable Maternity Massage throughout pregnancy.
How often should I have a massage?
Many customers enjoy a monthly massage to support long-term well-being, flexibility and stress management.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards. You can also redeem gift vouchers and certain health insurance claims through approved providers.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. Gift cards can be purchased online or in the centre for single treatments or memberships.
